Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account or using PrimeTrans, you agree to these Terms. If any part of them doesn't work for you, the right move is simply to stop using the app. When we ship a meaningful change, we may ask you to confirm the updated Terms before you continue.
The PrimeTrans Service
PrimeTrans runs proprietary neural engines that restyle the photos you upload and bring template-driven motion to life. We continuously tune our models, add or retire styles, and may gate certain features to protect output quality, platform stability, and security. Some capabilities depend on your plan or available credits.
Your Account
You can sign in through Google or Apple. Keep that sign-in secure — anything done under your account is treated as done by you. If you suspect someone else has access, tell us promptly so we can help protect it.
Credits, Purchases & Billing
Credits and premium features are sold through your app store or payment provider, which processes the transaction. Credit balances have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
Because each generation consumes real computing power the moment you request it, all purchases are final — except where consumer-protection law in your region requires otherwise.
Acceptable Use
PrimeTrans is built for creating art, not causing harm. You agree not to:
- Generate defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful imagery.
- Upload a real person's likeness without their clear consent, or impersonate anyone.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to copy our models, styles, or underlying systems.
- Bypass security, rate limits, or any measure we use to protect the platform.
Content & Licenses
You keep ownership of the images you upload. To produce your results, you grant PrimeTrans a limited license to store and process those images solely to generate what you asked for.
Once a result is generated, you receive a perpetual license to use it for personal enjoyment and social sharing. Whether you may use results commercially depends on your current plan.
AI Outputs
Generated results are provided as is. Generative models are probabilistic — outputs vary from one run to the next and can include artifacts or unexpected details. We make no promise of a specific artistic result, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for how you use what you create.
Service Availability
We aim for a fast, reliable experience, but we may pause, limit, or change features as the product evolves and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, model updates, and capacity limits can all affect availability from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeTrans is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or any outcome arising from generated content or your use of the app. Your use of PrimeTrans is at your own discretion and risk.
Suspension & Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the platform at risk. Clauses that by their nature should continue — such as ownership, disclaimers, and the limits on liability — survive after your account ends.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as PrimeTrans grows. When we do, we'll refresh the date shown above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
