What We Collect
We keep collection narrow and tied to what the app actually does:
- Your images. The photos you upload for transformation, and the results we generate for you.
- Account basics. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email, display name, and avatar.
- Technical signals. Device model, app version, and crash or diagnostic logs gathered automatically so we can keep the app stable across different hardware.
How We Use Your Data
We use it to generate your results, improve the accuracy of our neural styles, process your purchases, provide support, and send essential service updates. We do not use your photos to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data.
Cloud Processing Partners
Generation runs on secure cloud infrastructure. These partners are contractually bound to process your data only to fulfill your generation requests — they cannot reuse your imagery for any other purpose.
Image Handling & Retention
We treat the images you create with as sensitive by default.
Source images and generated results are wiped from our servers within 24 hours, and in-app history items expire automatically after a limited time — so save anything you want to keep.
We run no biometric profiling, facial recognition, or identity verification, and we never sell your photos or personal data.
Payments
Purchases are handled by your app store or payment provider. We receive confirmation that a transaction completed and your updated credit balance — never your full card number.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, and apply the same safeguards everywhere, regardless of where you are. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we collect to a minimum.
Your Choices & Rights
You're in control. You can request a summary of your data, or delete your account and the data tied to it, at any time from the Profile screen or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and stored balances.
Children
PrimeTrans isn't intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children — if you believe a minor has uploaded content, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.

As our technology evolves, we may update this policy and refresh the date shown above. Meaningful changes will always be reflected here, so it's worth checking back from time to time.
