What We Collect
We keep collection narrow and tied to what the app actually does:
- Your images. The photos you upload for transformation, and the results we generate for you. Where a feature requires it, an uploaded photo may contain a human face — we treat that as face data and handle it under the stricter rules in § 02.
- Account basics. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email, display name, and avatar.
- Technical signals. Device model, app version, and crash or diagnostic logs gathered automatically so we can keep the app stable across different hardware.
Face Data
Some PrimeTrans features let you upload a photo containing a human face so the AI can render a new image from it. Because facial imagery is sensitive, we handle it under a separate and stricter set of rules, set out here in full.
What counts as face data. Any photo or frame you upload that contains a human face, together with the temporary intermediate representations our rendering pipeline derives from it solely in order to produce the result you asked for.
- Used only to generate your result. Face data is used for one purpose: rendering the AI image you explicitly requested. It is never used for identification, identity verification, face matching, biometric profiling, advertising, or any other purpose.
- Processed only on our own servers. Face data is transmitted over an encrypted connection to servers that we own and operate, and the entire generation runs inside our own infrastructure. It is never sent to any third-party service, API, model provider, or analytics partner, and it is never sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to anyone.
- Your upload is deleted immediately. The moment generation completes, the photo you uploaded is deleted from our servers. We keep no copy of the original, and no face template, faceprint, embedding, or other biometric identifier derived from it.
- Results are kept 24 hours, then erased. The generated result is stored for up to 24 hours for the sole purpose of letting you download it, and is then deleted automatically. Nothing is retained after that window.
- Never used for training. We do not use your face data, your uploads, or your generated results to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model — ours or anyone else's.
- No lasting record. Once these deletions have run, we hold no user-submitted image content and no biometric data of any kind.
Face data goes only to PrimeTrans's own servers, is used only to create the result you asked for, is deleted the instant generation completes, and the result itself disappears automatically after 24 hours. It is never shared with third parties and never used to train AI models.
If you want a generated result removed before the 24-hour window ends, email us and we will delete it promptly.
How We Use Your Data
We use it to generate your results, process your purchases, provide support, and send essential service updates. We improve our neural styles only from aggregated, non-personal usage signals — never by training on your photos, your face data, or your generated results. We do not use your photos to build advertising or biometric profiles, and we do not sell your data.
Cloud Processing Partners
Face data is excluded from this section entirely. As stated in § 02, photos containing a face are processed only on servers we own and operate, and are never handed to a third party.
For other, non-facial parts of the service — hosting, account sign-in, crash reporting, and payments — we rely on established providers acting strictly on our instructions. They are contractually bound to process your data only to deliver those services to us, and may not reuse it for their own purposes, including their own model training.
Image Handling & Retention
We treat the images you create with as sensitive by default.
Source images you upload are deleted as soon as generation completes. Generated results are kept for up to 24 hours so you can download them, then wiped automatically. In-app history items expire after a limited time too — so save anything you want to keep.
We run no biometric profiling, facial recognition, or identity verification; we never use your images to train AI models; and we never sell your photos or personal data.
Payments
Purchases are handled by your app store or payment provider. We receive confirmation that a transaction completed and your updated credit balance — never your full card number.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, and apply the same safeguards everywhere, regardless of where you are. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we collect to a minimum.
Your Choices & Rights
You're in control. You can request a summary of your data, or delete your account and the data tied to it, at any time from the Profile screen or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and stored balances.
Children
PrimeTrans isn't intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children — if you believe a minor has uploaded content, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.

As our technology evolves, we may update this policy and refresh the date shown above. Meaningful changes will always be reflected here, so it's worth checking back from time to time.
